differences make you unique...

That I gonna write is based in a book's reading.It made me think in how people can be different from others ,in the way that we are or behave. We work with many people who are different from us and is necesary that we can to realize that differences are good besides these aren't too important to permit us to belong to a group because is good to apreciate that not all people have the same ideas neither are like us.

One of the most basics ways taht people differ from others are:values,temperament and individual diversity.

Values are important they are:the quality (positive or negative)that renders something desirable or valuable.Personal values are principles that define you as an individual. Personal values, such as honesty, reliability, and trust, determine how you will face the world and relate with people.

Temperament :is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as habits of communication, patterns of action, and sets of characteristic attitudes, values, and talents.

Is the innate aspect of an individual's personality, such as introversion or extroversion, and is the distinctive way you think and feel.Each temperament has its own unique qualities and shortcomings, strengths and challenges.We can be for example :

Optimists:people with this temperament must be free and not tied down.they are impulve,enjoy the immediate,and they like working with things.are people who loves people and parties and is a great storyteller. He is enthusiastic and expressive.

Idealists: Idealists are enthusiastic, they trust their intuition, yearn for romance, seek their true self, prize meaningful relationships, and dream of attaining wisdom. As a temperament, are passionately concerned with personal growth and development. Idealists strive to discover who they are and how they can become their best possible self -- always this quest for self-knowledge and self-improvement drives their imagination. And they want to help others make the journey. Idealists are naturally drawn to working with people, and whether in education or counseling, in social services or personnel work, in journalism or the ministry, they are gifted at helping others find their way in life, often inspiring them to grow as individuals and to fulfill their potentials.

At last that I comented about individual diversity refers individual diversity means reaching beyond stereotypical views of individuals and using the strengths and different perspectives that each person offers as a result of his or her culture, religion, ethnicity, gender, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and age.

so what kind of person are you?always people are criticizing how other people are,and that you should do is don't worry if people dont agree in the way that you are only be yourself and behave well.

Hi! Everybody today is a cloudy day… perfect for staying at home and being on bed. But the truth is that we have to go to the school after many days of rest and celebrated the Independence Day.

Soon on October the time will change, it will’ be one hour less .I don’t like this kind of things because it provokes that you get confused and the first days is hard to wake up for the cold weather ‘cause next month will be Winter, and the forecast shows us that in those days will come a front cold, so you have to change your closet and change your T-shirts for sweaters.

Most of the people feel happy when the temperature is under 15 ° in this way they don’t sweat , but I would like that all the year was summer, in this way you can dress with light clothes and feel fresh. I would like to live in Acapulco because there the weather is hot almost all the year and I could go to swim to its beach.

Instead of I’d like to see snow but only for pleasure is the unique thing that make me staying for few days in a cold place …I don know for example in Canada! I guess that there the scenery when snow is beautiful, if I had money the first thing that I shall do is buy a ticket and go to Canada to do an angel on the snow. It’s a wish that I hope come true as pronto as possible of course when I can pay my own bills.

It was writing for me last Monday but I don’t have access to the internet, so it is my first free time to come to the CIBER..

1-I think they were benefited In many ways; first because they, (the father more than her daughter), learned that help to other people is more than give food or materials things, understand the meaning of the solidarity value, the meaning of share feelings like love and happiness, and the satisfaction of give a good time to older people and make they happy for a minutes without expecting anything back of anybody.

2- The motivation for the father was the surprise that he had when his daughter told him about the help that she wanted give to the poor man, he was amazed for the way in that his little daughter was thinking ,how she can realized all that in that moment was happening ,about the necessity and poverty of the defenseless man.

3- As the article shows us the father for me is a hero... Why? Because besides make happy to his little kid, help to elderly people for they don't getting alone ,so if you have time and want to share a little bit of you with someone else that need help, keep company to them just for one day.

Who is Michael Jordan?

For me is widely considered as the greatest basketball player ever.

Michael Jeffrey Jordan has been voted as the ‘greatest player of all time.’ Michael Jordan was born on 17 February 1963 to James R. Jordan, Sr. and Deborah Jordan at Brooklyn, New York. When Michael Jordan was still a child, his family shifted to Wilmington in North Carolina.

Michael happens to be the fourth of five children and has got two elder brothers and one elder and one younger sister. Since Michael's father worked at an electric plant and his mother at a bank, his was not a rags-to-riches life story. The childhood of Michael Jordan was fairly comfortable and secure. He began his basketball career playing for Laney High School in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The basketball record of Michael Jordan is simply out and out amazing. After his junior year, he was chosen with the third overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls. In the coming days, Michael Jordan went on to lead the Chicago Bulls to six NBA Championships in years 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997 and 1998. Furthermore, he was also entitled NBA Finals MVP during all his championship winning years.

NBA was aghast at Michael Jordan’s pronouncing his retirement prior to the 1993-94 seasons. Jordan said it was the murder of his father previous year that led to this decision. But he returned to basketball once again in the 1994-95 NBA season and tried carrying the Bulls to another title. But despite his presence, the Bulls failed to get past the Orlando Magic in the conference semifinals and lost to them in six games. In 1984 as well as 1992, he was member of the gold medal-winning United States Olympic Basketball Teams.

Jordan retired in 1999, but made a comeback with the Washington Wizards in 2001.He started training, interacting with the media initially stating that he was only doing so in order to shed weight. During summer time, he gradually worked himself back into the basketball form by participating in many invitation-only camps of pickup games with other NBA players at a Chicago gym. As luck would have it, Michael Jordan proved unable to lead his Wizards into the postseason as a player. He retired for a third and final time after playing his final game on 16th April 2003.
